Getting help with your phone

In the iPhone and Android apps, TachlisAI can help with your phone itself: updates, battery, settings, and apps. With your permission, it uses details about your phone so its instructions match your exact model.

Turn on phone help

1. Open Settings: in the sidebar, select your name at the bottom, then choose Profile & Language.
2. Open Phone & apps.
3. Select Allow phone help.

The app may also offer this the first time you open Chat. Your choice saves automatically on this phone.

What does TachlisAI see?

When phone help is on, details like your phone model, operating system version, security update level, and the status of some settings are sent along with your messages. TachlisAI can't read your messages, photos, passwords, or other apps' content, and it can't change any settings for you.

What can I ask?

• "How do I turn off notifications for one app?"

TachlisAI gives you steps, and you make the changes yourself. On Android, Phone & apps can open some settings screens directly. On iPhone, it shows where to find them.

Turn off phone help

Go back to Phone & apps in Settings and turn it off. Signing out also pauses sharing.
