Family lets parents set up a TachlisAI account for a child age 13 to 19 and choose what it can do. Family is in beta, which means we're still testing it.
Add your child
- Select Family in the sidebar.
- Select Add your child.
- Enter your Child's first name and Age, choose Your family's Hashkafa, and confirm that you're the child's parent or guardian.
- Select Create invitation.
- Share the invitation with your child: select Copy invitation link, or have your child text
FAMILYand the code to TachlisAI.
The invitation expires in 3 days. Your child confirms they're at least 13 when they accept.
What can I control?

| Daily messages | How many messages your child can send each day. The default is 30, or 50 from age 16. Resets at midnight UTC. |
| Available models | Which TachlisAI models your child can use |
| Creative tools | Whether your child can create images. Off by default. |
| Blocked topics | Topics TachlisAI won't discuss with your child, like news, medical, or politics |
| Allow web search | Whether TachlisAI can search the web for your child. On by default. |
| Conversation visibility | Whether you see only safety-flagged conversations (the default) or all of them. To see all conversations, your child must agree. |
How do these settings apply?
Your settings apply everywhere your child uses TachlisAI: the web, the apps, WhatsApp, and SMS. Your child can't override them. As the parent, you're also your child's accountability partner. TachlisAI's content safeguards stay on as well.
Can my child use models from other AI labs?
No. Family accounts use TachlisAI's OpenAI models only.
