When your phone number is linked to your TachlisAI account, your WhatsApp and SMS chats use your account's history, settings, and Hashkafa profile.
Link your number
- Open Settings: in the sidebar, select your name at the bottom, then choose Profile & Language.
- In the Profile section, select Add phone number.
- Enter your mobile number and select Send code.
- Enter the code we text you and select Verify.
Your number now shows Verified. One verified number links both SMS and WhatsApp.
Open WhatsApp from Settings
After your number is verified, the WhatsApp row in Profile shows Open WhatsApp, which starts a chat with TachlisAI.
Change or remove your number
- To use a different number, add and verify it. The new number replaces your current phone link for both SMS and WhatsApp.
- To unlink a number, select Remove next to it and confirm.
What do the statuses mean?

| Verified | Linked and ready to use |
| Pending verification | Enter the code we texted you to finish |
| SMS opted out | You sent STOP by text. Text START to turn messages back on. |
| WhatsApp opted out | You sent STOP on WhatsApp. Send START there to turn messages back on. |
Is my number shared for marketing?
No. Your mobile number and consent records are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See Privacy and your data FAQ.
