Connect your Google account so TachlisAI can take actions for you in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Connecting is optional.

What can TachlisAI do with Google?

  • Gmail: send an email from your connected Gmail address, only after you review and confirm it.
  • Calendar: list your calendars and events, and create an event on the calendar you choose after you review it.
  • Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides: create files, and work with files TachlisAI created.

TachlisAI never asks to read or search your Gmail inbox.

Connect your Google account

  1. Open Settings and go to Integrations.
  2. Select Google Workspace, then Connect Google Workspace.
  3. Choose your Google account and approve the permissions on Google's screen.
  4. You'll return to Settings, which shows the connected account.

Use it in a chat

Just ask. For example:

  • "Email my landlord that the heater is broken, and ask when someone can come."
  • "Add a meeting with Mrs. Klein next Tuesday at 3 pm to my calendar."
  • "Make a Google Sheet to track our carpool."

Before anything is sent, created, or changed, TachlisAI shows you a card to review. Nothing happens until you confirm.

Disconnect Google

Go to Integrations > Google Workspace and select Disconnect. This removes TachlisAI's stored connection to your Google account.

How is my Google data used?

Your Google data is used only for the features you ask for. It's never used for advertising, product improvement, or training AI models, on any plan. See the Privacy Policy.
