How do I edit a message I already sent?
- Hover over your message (or tap it on a phone) and select Edit.
- Change the text.
- Select Save and continue, or press Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter on Mac). Press Esc to cancel.
TachlisAI writes a fresh answer from that point. Anything that came after the edited message in that chat is replaced.
How do I stop an answer?
While TachlisAI is writing, the send button turns into Stop. Select it to end the answer right away. What was written so far stays in the chat.
Can I change direction while TachlisAI is still answering?
Yes, in supported response modes. Type a follow-up while the answer is being written and send it. The button shows Update prompt, and your message is marked Queued until TachlisAI applies it. Some updates take effect once the current step finishes.
If you see Update was not applied, send your message again as a new message.
Why is an answer taking a long time?
Deeper response modes think longer. Pro answers can take around 20 minutes, often less. You can start another chat while you wait. If any answer runs longer than usual, you'll see Taking longer than usual. You can keep waiting or select Stop.
