Send is grayed out
- An attachment is still uploading. Send stays unavailable while it shows Waiting for upload to finish. Wait for the upload, or remove the attachment.
- The message box is empty. Type a message or attach a file.
An upload is stuck or failed
TachlisAI stops an upload that stops making progress and shows an error instead of leaving it stuck. You can then retry it or remove it.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure the file is a supported type and under the size limit. See Uploading files and photos.
- Remove the attachment and attach it again.
Audio recordings are analyzed as they upload, so they can take a few minutes.
I sent a message while I was offline
If you're signed in, TachlisAI saves messages you send without a connection on your device and sends them when you're back online. It also retries when you reopen TachlisAI. You can select Retry now to try right away.
The answer is taking a long time
Deeper response modes take longer, and Pro can take around 20 minutes. If you see Taking longer than usual, you can keep waiting or select Stop and try again, perhaps with Faster.
I'm using a filtered phone or network
Some content filters block the services TachlisAI needs. Ask your filter provider to allow tachlisai.com, api.tachlisai.com, and auth.tachlisai.com. If a page says it was blocked, TachlisAI keeps you signed in and offers Retry.
