Report a problem with a specific answer

  1. Under the answer, select the flag (Report bug).
  2. Describe what went wrong. The message and the conversation around it are attached automatically, so you don't need to copy them.
  3. Send the report.

Tell us an answer was wrong or unhelpful

Select Thumbs down under the answer, choose a reason (Missing context, Incorrect answer, Unsafe content, or Other), add details if you like, and select Submit feedback.

Report a bug that isn't about one answer

For problems like a button that doesn't work or a page that won't load:

  1. Open the sidebar, select your name at the bottom, and choose Support.
  2. Choose Report a bug.
  3. Add a Summary and any Additional context, then select Submit request.

Report a problem from WhatsApp or SMS

Just tell TachlisAI, for example: "Report a bug: the HISTORY command shows the wrong chat." It sends the report to our team and replies with a report ID.

What makes a good bug report?

  • Where: web, iPhone, Android, WhatsApp, or SMS, and which screen.
  • Steps: what you did, in order.
  • Expected: what you thought would happen.
  • Actual: what happened instead, including any error message.
