How do I close my account?

  1. Open Settings: in the sidebar, select your name at the bottom, then choose Profile & Language.
  2. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom and select Close account.
  3. Read the confirmation, then select Close account again. To change your mind, select Keep account.

You'll be signed out once your account is closed.

What happens to my data?

Closing your account removes it and its data, including your Google Workspace connection, subject to any records we're legally required to keep. To ask about deleting specific data, email support@tachlisai.com.

Before you close your account

  • Download any answers you want to keep with Download PDF.
  • If you shared chats with a link, revoke those links first.
  • To pause TachlisAI on WhatsApp or SMS without closing your account, send STOP instead.

Can I just sign out instead?

Yes. In the account menu, select Sign out. Your account and chats stay saved, and you can sign back in anytime.
