Why was my account locked or blocked?
TachlisAI's safeguards can't be turned off. If a chat repeatedly tries to get around them, the account can be blocked.
When this happens, TachlisAI shows a page that explains your account's status. A temporary lock shows when it ends, if that's known.
How do I request an appeal?
- On the account status page, select Request appeal.
- Explain what happened and send it once.
- Later, select Refresh status to check whether access was restored.

Why did TachlisAI say I was trying to bypass its safety features?
TachlisAI shows "It looks like you're trying to bypass TachlisAI's safety features" when a message looks like an attempt to get around its protections. If that was a mistake, for example you were asking about settings on your own phone, rephrase your question. If it keeps happening, let us know.
