Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address for your account. We'll email you a code.
  3. Enter the code and choose a new password.
  4. Sign in with your new password.

I signed up with Google or Apple

If you created your account with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, you may not have a TachlisAI password. Sign in with the same button you used to sign up.

I didn't get the email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the email address you signed up with.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.

If you still can't get in, contact support. Never share your password or a verification code with anyone, including TachlisAI support.
